These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the website www.ttracing.in (“Website”) and the purchase of any products from the Website. The Website is owned and operated by INIP Trading Private Limited, an authorized sales and marketing partner for the TTRACING brand in India.

By accessing this Website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

·         Relationship: INIP Trading Private Limited is the authorized entity responsible for all commercial transactions, logistics, and customer support for TTRACING in the Indian territory.

2. ELIGIBILITY & ACCOUNT

·         By using this Website, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age.

·         You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

3. PRODUCT INFORMATION & PRICING

·         Accuracy: We strive to ensure that all descriptions, images, and prices are accurate. However, minor aesthetic variations (e.g., colour shades or minor upholstery creases) may occur.

·         Pricing: All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of GST unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to modify prices without prior notice.

·         Pre-Orders: For "Early Bird" or "Pre-Order" items, the shipping dates provided are estimates and subject to supply chain availability.

4. PAYMENTS & BILLING

·         We accept payments via UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, and authorized EMI partners.

·         Transactions are processed through secure third-party gateways.

·         INIP Trading Private Limited does not store sensitive card data.

 

5. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

·         Coverage: We deliver to most Pin Codes in India. Certain remote areas may be non-serviceable.

·         Heavy Goods: As TTRacing chairs and desks are heavy-weight items (15 – 30 Kg), delivery timelines may range from 3 to 10 business days depending on the location.

·         Volumetric Weight: Shipping fees are calculated based on the volumetric weight of the product.

6. ASSEMBLY & USAGE

·         Self-Assembly: Most products are shipped in a "Knocked Down" (DIY) state. Customers are responsible for assembly using the provided Guided User Manual and Assembling Videos.

·         Safety: Chairs are designed for sitting only. Standing or jumping on the chair is considered "misuse" and voids the warranty.

·         Weight Limit: Users must adhere to the specific weight capacity of each model as listed on the product page.

7. WARRANTY & AFTERCARE

·         Limited Warranty: All TTRACING products sold on this Website come with a 2-year limited hardware warranty and a lifetime warranty on the steel frame.

·         Exclusions: The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear of PU leather/fabric, damage caused by improper assembly, or accidental damage after the 7-day unboxing period.

·         Claims: Warranty claims must be supported by video/photo evidence of the defect.

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

·         The "TTRACING" brand name, logo, and all website content (images, text, and graphics) are protected by trademark and copyright laws. You may not use these for commercial purposes without explicit written consent from the brand owner or INIP Trading Private Limited.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

INIP Trading Private Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products, including but not limited to injuries resulting from improper assembly or exceeding weight limits.

10. GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the use of the Website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Guntur, Andhra Pradesh.
