We aim to process and dispatch your orders as quickly as possible so you can enjoy your new setup. Because our products (gaming chairs and desks) are high-volume and heavy-weight items, our cancellation policy is structured around the dispatch status of the shipment.
1. CANCELLATION BEFORE DISPATCH
· Full Refund: You may cancel your order for a 100% refund at any time before the product has been dispatched from our warehouse.
· How to Cancel: To request a cancellation, please email our support team support@ttracing.in
· Refund Processing: Once the cancellation is confirmed, the refund will be initiated to your original payment method within 48-72 hours.
2. CANCELLATION AFTER DISPATCH (IN-TRANSIT)
Once an order has been handed over to our logistics partner and a tracking ID has been generated, the following terms apply:
· Logistics Charges: Since TTRacing products are heavy-weight shipments, we incur significant shipping and handling costs. If you cancel an order while it is in transit, a Forward & Return Shipping Fee will be deducted from your total refund amount.
· Refusal of Delivery: If you refuse to accept the delivery at your doorstep, the shipment will be returned to our warehouse. The refund will be processed only after the product reaches our facility and passes a quality check. Shipping costs and a 15% restocking fee may be deducted, Please check with support team to understand the exact costs.
3. CANCELLATION OF PRE-ORDERS / EARLY BIRD OFFERS
· Policy: Pre-orders for upcoming stock or special "Early Bird" launches can be cancelled for a full refund at any time before the officially announced dispatch date.
· Delayed Shipping: If a pre-order is delayed beyond the estimated shipping timeline provided at the time of purchase, you are entitled to a full refund upon request, no questions asked.
4. CANCELLATION BY TTRACING
While we strive to fulfil every order, INIP Trading Private Limited reserves the right to cancel an order under the following circumstances:
· Stock Unavailability: In the rare event that an item is out of stock or fails a pre-dispatch quality check.
· Technical Errors: Incorrect pricing or product descriptions displayed on the website due to a technical glitch.
· Non-Serviceable Locations: If our logistics partners are unable to deliver to your specific Pin code. However our delivery team do their best to find alternatives if at all possible.
· Fraud Prevention: If our system flags the transaction as potentially fraudulent or unauthorized.
In all cases of cancellation by us, a 100% refund will be issued to the customer immediately.
5. HOW REFUNDS ARE ISSUED
· Method: All refunds are credited back to the original payment source (Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking, or UPI).
· Timeline: While we process cancellations internally within 2 business days, the time taken for the amount to reflect in your account depends on your bank (usually 5–7 working days).
